Robert, Sometimes the drain on the battery is some other item like a radio or sound system or the cables. My little metro drain batteries so fast I could not keep one up for more that a day. Turned out to be the radio system had gone bad. Just a thought.
Just noticed a humming coming from the alternater when the key's off. Looks like I've got another short somewhere.
Either that, or the bushings were replaced by dwarfs? Sorry to hear that, Robert. One fine day, everything will be smoothed out!
