How to install Pertronix points eliminator module

    Timing

    Yes Martinus ~

    Same as any other time you replace the contact points or remove & replace the distributor , the timing must ALWAYS be checked and adjusted .

    The last time I installed an ' Ignitor ' , the timing was 45? out so it took some fiddling before the timing was bang spot on and the rotor pointed to the correct # 1 plug wire position .

    As always it's very simple so just dot every " i " and cross every " t " and your Vintage truck will run better than everyone else's , even if it's the dreaded and embarrassing Brand "F" :rolleyes: .
