I like how it changes from yellow when closed to orange when open.

That has a lot of stuff hanging out in the way and 180 bucks. Here's a pair for 5 bucks that are a lot less intrusive. Just whack a pair of seat belt ends off at your local bone yard.

Looks like a generic "Bear Claw" latch, and a pricey one for what it is. Seems way over complicated for the task at hand.
