    I'll meet you half way

I'll meet the two of you half way here and escourt you back to Beaumont so you don't get lost.

It would be kinda fun to roll 3 nice trucks into the show early Saturday morning all at one time.

I first showed my truck there in 2003, there was no truck class in the show, I took 2nd in the restored car class (post war). They have since seen more interest in trucks, we have a consistent winner in a really well restored 71 G that we can't get the first place prize from. I bet Ken can, these folks won't recognize his 235 painted grey.

See if you can talk Ken into taking his truck out of the garage, it has to happen sooner or later.

fishin is always a ligitimate reason

    ken,

you have been excused, however, I do expect to see that Aggie colored "50 AD east of Tomball in the near future.

Maybe we can find time if we don't have another big gulf storm this season.

Don't read your almanac, it has a grim storm forcast for us again.

    What's the deal?

Ken, you mean to tell us you went fishing without throwing your poles in the back of your truck and driving down there in it?
Check out Jim's photos. He knows how to use his old pickup!
After you get back with that mess of fish, it sounds like you have a trophy to go claim!

I imagine Ken is down in Port Manfield driving his truck along the beach in the fresh salt air. And when he catches that mess of redfish and speckled trout he'll just drop the tailgate, throw them in the bed and fillet them right there.

    NOT!
