Not wanting to move you away from Classic Parts, but I think LMC has them for $11 (LMCTruck.com).
Page 17 of the online catalog, part number 38-6500 if I'm not mistaken.

No I do not think they have the GMC OEM style inner door handles, they have the Chev door handles 81-87 and they have the 77-80 chev. I have two sets of them.

It says they have 73-76, 77-80, and 81-87. It doesn't say anything about a difference between chev/gmc. You probably know better though.

They also have some pictures of the handles on page 94.

Yes they are universal to work, the chev are smooth top chrome, the GMC 73-75 has groves on the top not real shiny more textured center of a silver & after yr's more dulled. Oh do not know if the rubber seal come with new ones. GM factory GMC 73-75 come with seal glued ( sealed to it ). I thank you for your help.
If I can not get one I will go that way & get a pair of them. The different's from the out side look 73-76 to 81-87 is the tip curves in.
Now the pic's on page 94 on line showen as #7 - #9 are mixed up 
#7 is a 81-87 - #9 is 73-76
If you look at the pic on the first message you will see how a 75 GMC handle looks most likely 73-76 but listed as 73 75 because have not seen a 76 GMC inner handle yet. lots of the 77 and up GMC & Chev's.
