Lowering 65 C10

I am in the process of lowering my 65, I am using 3" drop coils in the rear, 2 1/2" drop spindles in the front. I am installing new shocks with a relocation kit, new coils, sway bar kit. My question is, do I need to install an adjustable stabilizer bar? I have already replaced the bushings in both the trailing arms and stabilizer.

Consider using 4 inch rear springs. With a 2 1/2 front and 3 the truck will have a pretty significant rake. You will be happy with the dropped spindles, that's the best way of lowering the front and keeping the factory ride quality.
You don't really need the rear shock relocators unless you plan on going 5 inches or lower in the rear.

When you say "stablizer bar" I'm assuming that you mean the panhard bar the runs from the left frame rail to the rear. YES. You will need an adjustable panhard bar to recenter the rear wheels. That will be good for a 4 inch drop. To go lower in the rear you need a Super Adjustable panhard bar that runs from the frame rail to below the right trailing arm. The panhard bar needs to run "down hill" from the frame rail, never uphill.
