lowering 65

want to lower my 65 c10 short box side step. if i lower the front 2" and the back 4" with lowering springs do i have to change my shocks or change the trailing arm to an adjustable one. dont want to change these parts unless nessessary. any info appreciated

You'll have to change the rear shocks. Front shocks will work. Put a set of front shocks on the rear.

You will most likely need an adjustable pan-hard bar.
The best results in ride quality will be seen by using drop-shocks on all four corners.
