Bill, thanks for the info, I'll check to see if their still there, and Chiro, I've been keeping up todate on your progress, it's great seeing your kids getting so involved in the project. I just found out yesterday that my cab is painted and ready to be picked up in PA. I'll get some pictures together and post them, I know it's the wrong forum for a 58'er, but you gotten love all these old trucks Les
You guy's kill me. Zig posts a simple pictures and off we go. Les feel free to roam in our area. Always room for a 58'er Heck we put up with worst then that here Zig don't feel alone I still can't even turn on the wives new digital much less take a photo. Post it forget it. I will say Bill's GMC look's sweet Nice wheels and a Great stance.
Wheels are '70s GM 1/2 ton 4x4 wheels with a trim ring and a spinner mounted on the end of whatever you call the chrome part that bolts to the wheel. Not there in this older picture, but I have now put a GMC logo stick-on in the middle of the spinner.
I'm pretty sure our site host offers rear roll pans, I think in metal. Try there first and if they don't then Mar-K has them. In either case ask if they have a filler panel for the sides, and get it, because they end even with the ends of the tailgate and you can see the wires behind them without that panel. Here are two examples, one with the square end and one where my sheetmetal guy used pieces of old stake pockets to make an extension to cover the open end and make it more attractive. The bowtie light opening came with the panel. I know they are AD's and you asked about a TF but I'm sure they offer pans for both.
