Need help on rearview mirror parts

Hey everyone!

I want to buy original-looking rearview mirror + parts for our 64 Chevy C-10 as a gift for my husband, but not sure what I have to buy from the ChevyDuty site. Perhaps I have to buy all four parts on the page below? And is the 60-66 mirror head what I need? The picture looks like it is the piece that goes behind the reflective mirror or something. hmmm

The best advice I can give you is to Call ChevyDuty on Monday. Tell the nice lady that answers what you want. She will be more than happy to help you piece together everything you need.

Well, sometimes when in need of instant e-commerce gratification, Monday is too far away. ha ha, just playing. But really, I will probably just call 'em if I don't find the answer sooner.
