Need some advice: Door hinge/bolts

    Got 'em!

    After drilling out each of the 5 frozen driver's door bolts, I then used a drill bit to enlarge the holes in the spinning cage nuts. I then used a punch and whacked those suckers out. I used a magnet to fish them out the lower drain hole.

    Now to find the correct nutserts and I will be back in business. WHAT A PAIN!

    Installed nutserts or rivet nuts and with a few tweaks worked great.

    Since I didn't have a nutsert tool to lock them down, I used JBWeld around the collar and ridges to secure them, then after 24 hours seated them using a door bolt and a washer.

    Now back to the long list of items .....

    Finally getting getting to the jobs needed to be done. Finished using POR15 on the cab and firewall. Close to starting reassembly!
