New Steering Wheel Cracked

I was wandering if anyone has had issues getting steering wheels lately.

I ordered one from classicparts in sept 2023 and just pulled it out of storage for the winter and its already cracked. See pictures.

Before this one, is returned one from cj pony parts as it the center mount was lopsided.

seems like the manufacturer of the steering wheel has a quality issue going on.

Hi rb9594,

I'm not aware of any widespread issues with them, but on the other hand cracking isn't unheard of either. Could be possible there was a hairline crack caused during shipping that became exacerbated after the cold/warm cycle of going in and out of winter.
Our customer service department can get you taken care of; looks like they've spoken with you today.

i was suppose to hear something from them yesterday but no response so far.

I ended up calling and they are sending me a new one. Steering wheel is warrantied for a year according to them
