Welcome fellow six-three-er! Where abouts are you located?

I'm in Billings Montana, too cold in the garage to work today, cheers, Larry

235 and Toyota

Someone once told me that Toyota used to use the 235 I-6 in the old Land Cruisers. Is that true?

i helped a friend draft in a 454 into a land cruiser years back, i think it was a little over powered. (not that im against that  )

They are similar in design as are the early chevy rear ends but the have a deeper stroke and better components. But like the early engines they have little power but nice torque. but they were durable as can be say 300k miles with the 2f with good tuning and regular maintiance.
