New wiring harness???

Well its time to redo the wiring on my truck.gonna get rid of all the electrical tape thats been holding it together,anybody have any suggestions on were to start looking?wanna get rid of the external regulater and the other mess i have,All factory except the v8 and gonna add some cool air.
