Zig, I do not have a photo of the cj but mounting then on that diamond plate looks pretty good. On the 47 I used 16 gauge steel primered and self tapping. screws. Seeing I have two different types of horns I should more the little ones up there also. Glad to be of some help. Charles
oops P.s We dont like to mention the F word too much, typing in full is considered a sin! We will let it go for now...............jus this once mind you
South Dakota Getting yours to where you are, must have been a challenge. Just going and pulling it back with my 3/4 ton F250 was a challenge. I had never been to Denver so we came back through there and will never do that again. Damn nice pretty landscape however will not go there to pull something back that way, will go eithter up around west or east then south and then west. Pulling that tractor back down through Nevada was fun, just a long day. Being able to see my Grand Children was the zenith of the trip, getting that tractor was an reason to be there. I had not seen them in over two years.
Charles: What rear end are you running? Are those 5 lug wheels? If so where did youget the hub caps. Mine is a 10 bolt Camaro with 5 lug wheels. I bought the hubs like yours but without clips they won't fit.
BC 36000, I have a 1 ton with stock running gear. I just changed out the pumpkin to 410's from 514's. All rims are 8 lug caps came with the truck when I pick it up in South Dakota. I'll try and post a photo of the rim. I'll add a photo of a plane crash I seen up at Alpine Meadows in Tahoe while we were there during Hot August Nights. All passengers made it out okay.
