    power steering brackets 235

    I am interested in your brackets for a 1960 235. Have the brackets proven to work well. Has anyone had a problem. I put a mustang 2 power rack by tci and want to know If this system works. Your brackets look great. please contact me at waynep@colton.com. Thanks just2deer

    UOTE=drummin52;53126]UPDATED AD - 03/13/2012

    3 bracket sets available for
    216 and early 235 inline 6
    Late 235 and 261 inline 6 without motor mount
    Late 235 and 261 inline 6 with motor mount

    All 3 sets locate the power steering pump in the original location of the generator/alternator. The alternator is then positioned above the power steering pump. All sets require a dual groove power steering pump pulley and 2 belts. The first belt, driven by the crank pulley drives both the p/s pump and water pump/cooling fan. The second belt drives the alternator using the second groove on the p/s pump pulley. A dual groove crank shaft pulley is NOT required. This kit should work however, with a dual groove crank pulley setup. It is unknown/untried whether this kit will work with a generator instead of a alternator as I have never seen if it would fit.

    216 and Early 235

    - Belt adjuster brackets for both the alternator and p/s pump w/ mounting hardware

    dan golo, I left you a visitors message.

    I charge $160 shipped (within the us) and $175 shipped (to canada).

    I usually have everything on hand to assemble a set. Usually takes me a few days to weld, cleanup, paint and gather all the pieces and get everything packaged together. I ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS.

    I accept Paypal, check and money orders.

    I can be contacted further through email and by phone, just send me a private message through the forum and I will give you my contact info. I don't like listing it on an open forum, helps cuts down on spam.

    PS brkt kit 216

    I am interested in one of your brkt kits for a 1950 Chevy pickup with a 216. Looking through your blog I was curious what you are using for belts since the newer pulley's are narrow compared to the old puley's? How do I go about purchasing this kit from you? Contact info is 515-975-5475 or rjarb123@aol.com

    Thanks, Ron jarboe
