Can you have both the roll pan and rear bumper on a 1958 GMC? I have only seen folks with one or the other. I like how the roll pan cleans up the rear area, but I also like the look of the standard chrome bumper.

    One or the other

I do believe the roll pan is connecting the two rear fender together while hiding the any exposed frame, the location of the bumper brackets would penetrate the roll pan and should be removed. The roll pan is used to clean up the rear end sheet metal. I do believe it's one or the other.

I see no reason you can't have both, but you'll need to cut some holes in the pan for the bumper brackets.

I'd put the bumper brackets and bumper on, then make a cardboard mock up of the roll pan with the cut-outs, then lay the cardboard over the roll pan and make the modification.

Thanks guys. I do believe its one or the other without mods.

I like the idea of cutting roll pan for bumper mounts. Now you have me thinking!
