rusted panel repairs

on a 71 blazer does anyone know what is the best way to deal with either the repairs or the replacement of the panels that are on each side (underneath) of the cab just behind the rocker panel. its the one that is about one foot wide and runs from the front wheel well to just behind the door

I had the whole tub diped in rust remover, then removerd all the floor pans and supports, fully primed the inside of the rocker boxes, replaced the floor, then welded new plates& angle iron around the underside of the boxes to rebuild them without removing them. They key irs to paint everything before you strt to re-assemble to prevent the rust in inaccesable areas.
