Shift Box Neutralizer by D&V

New to this forum. I have a 1954 3100 with 3 on the tree. Looking for a shift box neutralizer by D&V. Does anyone have any information on where I can locate one of these?

Appreciate any help.

I have an original column shift box assembly, as little, or as much as you need.
IE: from shifter lever, all the way to transmission, or any pieces in between.
