Silence from across the pond

Charles, I'm pretty sure that Neil, aka Brit50, is too em-bare-assed to talk to us with all the young royalty in England baring it all. You know how proud they are! Neil, if you can hear us, don't worry! We still think you're a bloody good chap! Pip pip and cheerios dude!:D
 
That's funny, sure would be good to hear from Neil and the others. They get their trucks so far then they are gone it seems still wonder haw they are doing from time to time. We will see if this gets any of em to at least say hi.

i´m reading in this forum nearly dayly, but this doesn´t help much, to contribute anything here:o. But the knowledge here is sooo damn good, it´s
hard to give any "good" advice to others.

But still enjoying it here, so now saying hello to all and promise, to do this
every now and then...

"Weed is not easy to kill " in a matter of speaking as i am a farmer :D.

Means i am very alive . Just been involved in a lot of work here and did`nt had much time to participate this summer , as our summers are mostly short here and working days much longer . Norway has allmost no darkness outside in its midsummer period as we are very near the arctic circle.
Have been reading new threads at the forum now as winter has come and workingdays are shorter.There are new participants that have much intresting subjects to present.

Ford Tudor 1936, opened 3 years ago in NY and bought in germany at start of this year. Has 5.0 Mustang engine, auto trans and CHEVY rearend, Chevette front end and no mufflers:D sound's great, drive fast and makes a lot of smilies in my face.
Now i start the work with power steering and power brakes and a lot of goodies for a daily driver.
Pickup still standing in the garage because my divorce isn't finish (after 3 years of battle:eek:) and i hope all can understand that i can't live with the idea my ex wife drive with MY truck.

My son and i have been putting up a "hall of fame" causing space problems for our nice cars and to store other stuf this autum. Will publish some photos later .

Glad you're all still here ! .

I went through this too and was very lucky , the ex hated my junk and so wanted no part of it :cool: .

It took me over a ful year before I felt Human again but yes , there is life (and Old Trucks !) after divorce .
 
Divorce is a nasty word worldwide, I have 3 completed and want not any more ever what so ever.
Sometimes the rides can be replaced as you are doing with the convertible. For the time being fix the Chevy where it will not pass inspection because the parts missing have to come from here and you have no idea where to find them.
