Been through this several times and found they are located right between hens teeth and unicorns. The frames are being reproduced by someone now for around $1200 IIRC. A search in the Panels and Burb's site on the Stovebolt forum should turn up the makers name as it's been discussed many times. I showed a picture of the frame to one of the guys and he whipped one out in about three hours for a parts+labor cost of around $300. The customer had it upholstered for I'd guess around $200. For safety I'd get rid of the quick removal slots for mounting and bolt down solid.
