taillites

Can anyone tell me how to tell 54-55 taillites & 55-59 taillites apart ? I have two & would like to replace the lenses but am not sure which I have . The lenses look alike in the catalog photos but have different part numbers . The bulbs in mine have already been replaced . All I see on the lites is "GUIDE" . Thanks

Just call up chevy duty,the parts may very well be the same

The difference is the lens pattern, the 54-55 has just a dot near the bottom, the 56-59 has the same dot but what I call the echo effect which goes all the way to the top, If you have one of our (chevy duty) catalogs it will show a pic. of both.
