Hey Kyle I'd like to see the link to the air ride you're putting on. Are you using the original frame, subframe, or S-10. Post a ton of pics when you get this far. I'm using air ride technologies air bar kit for an S-10 frame.
the fatman mustang II IFS is just like a heidt system, but they have airshocks that fit where the stock prings sit. There is a weld in cross member. You do the exact same thing as setting up a mustang II kit, but it has the air shocks. here is the link http://www.fatmanfab.com/07page5.htm It is the stage V (5). From what i have read, the stage 5 should come with everything you need to control them as well. ________ MagneRide
I gotta say , I am impressed with this newfangled airbag technology ~ it is so simple and easy to do , the only sad thing is : I see lots of poorlu done jobs that are unsafe just like Nervous Norvus Kustoms or who ever the hell it was , did ~ good thing you checked it out before you put precious cargo (SWMBO/Kids) in it Yah , I was referring to the real old school where in went a big V-ate and wide meats in the back etc. . Poor folks who lived out of town didn't have the luxury of late model Chevy small blocks so many got built using old Buick NailHeads , OldslowMobile Rocket engines and so on...... We always had lots of old Caddy ' commercial cars ' out on the farm , everybody did as old luxury cars were a drug on the used car market... Please keep on posting this stuff as I am learning by reading what you-all are doing .
Ha Ken 50 PU Just kidding I'm 45 just feel older some days. I Love these kind of posts A lot of Fun !!! and the stuff this group comes up with is Classic just like our trucks.
Well hell, that explains it all right there! You were only 3 years old when Big Daddy took Swamp Rat VI down the quarter to register the first ever 200 mph+ run (201.34 in 7.78 secs). Not bad for a 392 cu in Hemi.
