uneven cab and bed

the cab and bed on the driver side of my 1966 c20 fleetside is
uneven. the cab mount on the back of the cab is tearing. is there anyone that makes these mounts or would i have to take it off another truck.

I just rebuilt the cab floor, braces, rocker panels, etc on my 1963 C-20 (3/4 ton). The rear cab mounts had seperated from the rubber blocks. I removed the curved mount and the rubber blocks. I then fabricated a new base for the c-10 mounts to set on. It seems to work good so far.
