    Traffic view finder

YOUR TRUCK MUST OF HAD A OUTSIDE VISOR ON IT AT ONE TIME.
THE THING ON THE DASH IS A TRAFFIC LIGHT FINDER
BECAUSE THE VISOR BEING LOW ON THE WINDSHIELD YOU NOT SEE THE TRAFFIC LIGHT.
SO WHEN THE THE LIGHT WOULD CHANGE YOU WILL SEE THE GLOW IN THE VIEW FINDER HOPE THIS HELPS.

That little chrome knob in the cup holder

I have one almost exactly like it. It is a replacement windshield wiper knob of unknown origin. Mine works very well and looks better on my dash than the littl black plastic repop knob.

I don't recognize the part that looks like an ash tray but the grill guard and traffic light viewer prism are very desirable accessories. If the prism is glass, not plastic, you should look around for the bracket that holds it to the top of the dash. Look at your drip rails where they curve from the windshield post into the top and see if there are a couple of screw holes in them. If so, then the truck had a sun visor on it at one time The prism let you see an overhead traffic light on a truck with a visor. The recessed rear fenders for years were discarded for a "smoothie", supposedly for good looks, but are now getting increasingly hard to find. Don't give any of these away but trade them for a hood ornament and other parts you may need. This is only fair. I probably have a hood ornament but if I needed one for myself I'd go to a swap meet rather than dig through my JUNKY storage buildings. Anything smaller than an engine block is a lost cause. If, and that's a big if, I run across one I'll let you know.

    " Poofter " Acessories

Ya gotta watch out for those Limeys , they're a strange bunch :p

After all , if ya don't keep your beer between your knees , you might not notice when it begins getting warm and who but Poofters likes to drink warm beer ? :D (good thing I'm out of state now huh ? ;) )

Seriously , you have a nice truck there , keep working at it , you'll find all the " make run " info on that old engine in the archives , take your time and skip no steps , you'll be amazed at how well a 50 year old engine can run and yes , it'll stop smoking once you put some miles on it and do a few HOT oil changes .

If the grille gaurd deal flls through , I definately want it ! when you remove it , place the attaching bolts back into it as they're different than the standard bumper bolts .
