Were did all the guns go?

I have noticed this up here in Canada aswell... I ordered a .223 Remington SPS Varmint (left hand) in December 2008 STILL have not taken posession, they tell me the manufacturers have "cut back" due to the recession and will be manufacturing less guns over the next few years... Us left handed shooters are even less fortunate because our guns are only made when enough orders get requested or someone feels like running a few lefty's through the plant. Maybe have to order a Tikka or Savage instead??

thats a bummer, DPMS and Bushmasters AR-15's are very readily available here in Oregon, you can change to amadextriouse (sp?) parts, of course the ejecter is still on the right. Local hardware store has boxes of 200rnd remington for $80.00
