You will need to take out one of the bolts at the top of the cover to serve as an air bleed while filling through the vent tube or the lube will take forever to drain in. We have a super neat trans/diff pressure filler that took about ten bucks to make. You can measure the amount the book calls for into the tube, put on cap, put in about 10psi of air and let it go till it starts to sputter meaning it's empty. As pictured it's been gussied up with a ball valve and "T" fitting but all one needs is a tubeless tire valve stem and a tube that reached the bottom.

Forgot: CAUTION DO NOT USE AT COMPRESSOR PRESSURE!!!
My nephew plugged a hose on that he thought was from a regulator while I was holding the filler and it blew up. All the shrapnel went away from me but several pieces hit a 55 T-Bird in the next stall and made 3/4" deep dents. I have used at 40psi but wouldn't go more.

You bet, Evan~ It took about 4 hours to install 2 quarts of fluid!

That is a cool little contraption, and thank God the shrapnel didn't get flesh! Yikes!
