Well its official. I am now a proud father!!! Such an amazing feeling. Words just can't describe it. Those fathers on here will know, as now do I!!! Its just great. Our little boy was born 2 weeks ago and was 6lbs and 6 oz, Same as me, and was 19" long. Mother and boy are doing just great! God has blessed us with such a wonderful gift!!
YeeHaw! Let the fun begin! Good on ya, young man! We require pictures of the young one of course! Ken
Con-Grat-YOU-Lay-SON!!! I would have guessed you weighed a smidge more than 6lbs, 6oz. You'll never be a sound sleeper again. Well, not for some years, anyway! Hey Brian, need the lap belts I installed so I could put Franchesca's car seat in? I'm taking that out and putting in shoulder belts (*some day*) They worked great keeping her in place on our way to Grandpa/ma's house!
CONGRATS BROTHER many good times ahead. If I could figure out how to post pics on this thing I would show you my 11 year old welding new floor pans in our 51. good luck. Joe
Congratulations! Carting your little helper around (or in my case, helpers) never seems to get as much done, but you love doing it. It's a whole new adventure, brother. -JZ
Congrats on your son, your journey has begun. Be sure to pamper your better half more than Jr. Enjoy the ride it can be so very rewarding.
Thanks a lot fellas. His name is Aiden. I joked with my wife that we could take the old truck she just laughed. Zig I already have the lap belts, so i guess when he can hold his head up then its time for a ride Well maybe a little longer then that! Life is great, its so much fun to have him with us in our house. We are loving every minute of it so far. And can't believe how much he has changed already. Thanks for the kind words fellas!
Not bragging, sharing with friends Congratulations Wolf! Great looking kid, and great news that all of you are doing well! So many new and rewarding things to look forward to. Steve
Thats terrific news, Wolf!!! Raising kids is one of the most fantastic things you can experience in life. Enjoy every minute, though...they tend to go by fast. I'm going to my first baby's college graduation tomorrow...doesn't seem possible...
Topic Slide My 31 Y.O. boy heard I was driving up to Hesperia to get some European bumpers for my Mercedes to - day and invited himself along , we had brekkie , gabbed about cars , jobs back in the day ,him coming home from the hospital when born ,in an old VW Beetle..... A son can be a wonderful gift indeed .
Well my son will turn 2 years old here this April! Man it fly's that is just no joke. He now just loves going for a ride in the "blue truck" So much for ever changing the color right... But the exciting news is that we are expecting baby number 2 in August of this year!!! We will find out Thursday what we are having. Can't wait.
