I dunno. I kinda like the lettering,just a touch more character.Yea, that;s the plan. I'm to old and to broke to have it set in the garage. It's a driver functional and alot of fun. Still working on the engine issues. I would like to remove the door lettering, what do you suggest?

Depending on when it was applied, start with paint thinner and rub it out. If the clear is nice and hard, you can actually use Laquer thinner sparingly and rub it off. You can also compound it off, just stay off the paint around it. You could also compound it to weather it out and give it that worn look. You may be able to wet sand it, then buff out the clear underneath afterwards.
