For the guys doing and S10 frame swap here is a tip, there is a shop in Houston that is making STEEL spacers. The customer we did the swap for found them and they do add a few pounds of unsprung weight but I believe are much better than aluminum. He drives the truck to work every day and after three days the nuts holding the adapters to the hub were tight. Then after two weeks he brought it back to the shop and the nuts were still torqued at exactly the same as when first tightened. I think this is due to being of the same material as the front hub/rear axle so expansion and contraction is much closer than that of aluminum to steel. If someone has used the aluminum adapters for an extended period let us know how they have worked out because they're $100 cheaper.
