Shifter linkage

I have a 51 3100 im redoing it is a 3-spd on the column can someone post some pics. of linkage so i can see what i need. Mine i missing something and didn't work right before i got the truck.

Ok i have another problem 2&3 lever is pointing down and i took it apart and cant turn it to point up. Is there another set-up?
 
Good chance that while the shift rod was off the lever turned down far enough the tang fell in behind. Have a helper hold the shift lever up in the neutral gate as though you were going to shift to 1st or reverse, and see if the 2/3 lever will return to the neutral position. The best thing you can do for future reference is to take off the four screws that hold the top of the shifter box cover on, wipe the grease away, and have a helper go through the shift pattern. It will become perfectly clear what a simple mechanism it is: lever up-- tang is in the notch of the 1/R lever, lever down-- tang is in the notch of the 2/3 lever.
