I put a NP205 in mine last summer (2014) and after a lot of research I found that GM did use tranny fluid in the transfer case on the later trucks for the less resistance and better fuel mileage. sure glad I did or I would have totally screwed my NEW transmission. there...

    Vent Shades Install

    Vent Shade Clips Well,,,, Larry Green Restorations of Cameron TX was able to instruct me that the window seal peels out. Then (With just a little effort) the clips pop in to hold the vent shades in place. After that, Just slip the seal back in over the clips. About three minutes per side.

    well I slide them up where they belong and they are pretty snug. Problem is where do those clips go? There is a very slight bend to them. Wondering if that has something too do with the clips. The ones on my 65 have two 1/16 screws.

    Headers for Big Block

    Very Nice, Not sure if it will work for me. I already have moved the motor forward. Little afraid to move it any more. This bracket will move the motor slightly forward so as to except an Electronic Ignition. This should be a very helpful thread. Thanks to all for the input.
