If you are able to save your order 'till around November, CP usually emails a 10% coupon to customers to be used before year end... They have in the past also done a coupon in the spring. I waited and placed a large order in conjunction with one of those coupons. Excess of $350 you get free shipping, and then add the 10% e-coupon and get some descent savings. :)

Skeeter, check out the links below, they may interest you. A guy I used to work with at the dealership has moved on as well and is now doing his own thing. Has been building cafe racers, but most recently was chosen by Yamaha to customize one of their new bikes, the Bolt. Check them out, pretty cool stuff, the guy is brilliant.

oh wow thanks chad. i voted on his bike. i like his stuff. after im "done" the truck i wanna build a hardtail. i know i know... they suck. but im not riding the thing to sturgis. you know, good thing about a bike is they take up less shop space. my dads workin on the norton and has a cb750 all apart ready to cafe out.

We are in the same boat, travelin down the same stream. When I'm done with the truck, I intend to do an 'ol Panhead. I saw this bike posted somewhere, and totally fell in love with it. Really cant wait to get started on it, but right now I'm content working on the truck!

i was just thinkin the other day, that if you need to redo your bed we should just make 2 sets for each of us. each buy the stuff and have a lil day of rippin boards. im not good with wood workin (i cant weld it back together) and my old man doesnt want to help with makin new boards, he says just put plywood down

Sounds like a plan. I have a power miter saw, but not a table saw (although I can probably borrow on for a weekend). If you haven't gotten yours done by the time I get to that point, let's do it.

plywood is in the bed of the truck. uncle that works at the local junk yard is gonna get me a bed mat to put on top. but with the thicker plywood the new bed bolts are not long enough. so i bought some longer ones. ill also added 4 D-rings to the bed bolts so i can tie stuff down in the bed.
heres another pic featuring cody the boarder collie and his ball, cause i love pictures
if you look at the front part of the driver side hood it looks like the east coast of USA
