Wheres frank64???
Great build than vanished
Damn Frank, that is sexy. Aren't you in Rome? WHat do they think about restos over there? Is the DMV hard to deal with?
Frank - where did you get those center caps for your smoothies? I bought some smoothies and the cap is not deep enough for my front wheels.
Frank its nice to see your still in buisness working on this beautifull truck of yourseIs the white color inspired by the white Italian marmo (marble)
It is so delicate and pure. Frank what year and model/ratio rearend axle did you used and what about the drive shaft in aluminum , is that a standard one you bought ?
By the way how did the front window molding rubber came out from Steel , did you had the same problem with that as the chinese one ?
Its good to see your mc intrested aswell that is a beauty , i remember the old models Moto Guizzi very well as-spesially the classic Falcone with its big turning wheel on the outside of the engine! Is Moto Guizzi still in production ?

Hi BlueFlame,
The rubber of the windshield I used the Made in Taiwan
that fits much better than the rubber-known and most expensive.
Was sufficient to immerse the rubber in boiling water for 15 minutes and then I installed with vaseline oil and it went immediately in its place perfectly .... and finally.
Thanks fore all your information Frank. Yes the rearend you have is perfect for your aplication together with the V8 engine and the gears. This is a good swap. I am still having the 235 engine with Saginaw 4 speed wide gear , the 3.55:1 in rear and will buy the Gear Vendors torque tube overdrive wich gives a drop from 3.55 to 2.76 on the highway. I still have to update the brakes because of higher speed.
Where did you ordered the front window rubber if i may ask ?
By the way i remember Moto Guzzi did used the name California allready on a early seventees bike with US style look in competition with Harley Davidsen.

The new style California is really "Bad as" with its performance.
